01 Jan CATUAV seed is born inside Aeroplans Blaus

Aeroplans Blaus was founded in 1995 with the aim to provide sport aviation accessories for airplane homebuilders. As a complement to the company’s catalog the engineers team designed and manufactured electronic devices to respond to the demand for certain items that the market did not offer. One of its developments was an automatic pilot designed for ultralight aircraft that, for security reasons, was tested in a model airplane. This first model worked nicely, almost unwillingly releasing the company first drone in year 2000.
